Weekend and updating photos
Well weekend of March 6th 2010 - Renee and I have a friend over (Caroline) who is desperately typing essays for teaching certificate (she's a post-grad going into teaching). We're probably going to go and see a animated film called Ponyo today at the Cineworld in the trocadero behind leceister square.
Both Renee and I are on-going with Tai-Chi - we have a class Thursday night and practice during the week together - after 4 weeks we've completed the first hand-form - so we reckon its another 2 years - as there are 108 handforms. They style we are doing is Wu Style.
Alan is busy at work - and fitting in physio - he damaged his ACL left shoulder ligament in November and is under a physio regime to get it back into shape - hopefully in 3 months he'll be able to return to Jujitsu.
After this Alan is uploading photos from 2009.
Alan and Renee will next be in the USA from 27th May to end of the first week of June. |
